• Software installation and implementation – must be available to go to customer site.
• Hardware and network service. Trouble-shoot and repair multitude of hardware, network and software issues.
• Bar Code sales and implementation

MARKETING

• Create marketing materials
• Newsletters and communications
• Customer service

TRAINER

• Certified trainer or a person with at least 3 years experience using and customizing ACT! by Sage Software
