Annual Priority Telephone Support

Warrior’s most cost effective support plan

Quick telephone support with Warrior professionals for the hardware and/or software you had installed. This is an ideal plan for the new users, those who have a high turnover of staff, are adding new employees, or want a fixed budget. And because it is telephone-based, there is never a travel charge.

You can pay one convenient annual installment, or equal monthly payments. Please note that on-site work, creating reports or training is not considered support.

Hourly Telephone Support

The best support plan for experienced users

Call Warrior for those occasional times when you are in need of additional service and support, and our professionals will quickly help you come to a solution. And we can provide that support in a method that is best for you. We offer:

  • Live Web Support
  • On-Site Support

Calls are billed to you in simple 15 minute increments. There are travel charges associated with the On-Site Support and will be billed as they occur.

Live Web Support

24-hour Instant Chat Support right on your screen

It’s like having your support rep sitting right next to you! With the Live Web Support, you get real-time support. And with our screen-sharing plug-in, you both will be looking at your screen at the same time!

How to access Warrior’s Live Web Support:

  1. Click on the blue “Start Session” button found at the top right corner of every page of the Warrior web site.
  2. The quick download will load automatically. Follow directions on the screen. To allow the connection with your support rep, click “OK.”
  3. Communicate with your support rep via a Chat Window right on your screen. Your support rep will gain access to your mouse and keyboard as well so they can quickly help you solve your issues.

Warrior's Live Web Support is available and included as an additional benefit at no additional charge to those enrolled in both the annual and hourly support plans.
